Digital ads specialist and website management
- Creation, execution and maintenance of digital campaigns across our advertising platforms (Google ads, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, Pinterest ads, Youtube ads, Display ads)- Strong focus on measurement of campaigns to identify trends and insights – Reporting on digital campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s) to develop strategic decisions and optimisation recommendations - Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Testing and learning with audiences to improve CX and conversion. - Keeping track of ad spend and conversions- Providing ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery of campaigns- Creating and managing appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.- Managing and adding new products to the website- Updating prices, metrics and rates on the website
