Job description My client a leading MNC is looking for a Programme Service Delivery Manager to work on a massive Intelligent Transportation Systems Project. You will be required To manage the delivery of an integrated ITS solution designed, built, tested, deployed and operated by 3 large investor consortiums operating on a build, operate and transfer model. The program is divided up into three regions, each headed up a Project Manager that leads a team of technical experts and site supervisory staff. Qualifications • ensure that the client fulfils all its contractual obligations to the customer in a professional, cost effective and timely manner• ensure that the client achieves and improves on the planned financial return from the project; within this objective you should give the customer value for money• establish and maintain good working relationships with the customer, suppliers and other stakeholders• identify potential incremental business with the customer and take action to both pass the information on to the account sponsor and the Account Manager and assist in closing the business• establish and ensure the client meets the customer’s expectations and agreed acceptance criteria, and thereby to secure the customer’s satisfaction with our work and enhance the clients reputation• ensure that project change is properly managed with cost and timescale adjustments passed on to the customer using an agreed procedure• ensure that all suppliers and sub-contractors are monitored, managed, maintain adequate quality and provide regular and effective reporting.
