• Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). Roles and Responsibilities • Develop proposals; work closely with channel partner; support commercial operations director drive pricing strategy. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. • Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, market share, processes or customer groups. • Drive full alignment between commercial operations and sales to deliver better forecasting and market analysis data.
