Oliver Wyman is now looking for an experienced and ambitious content publishing professional to serve as our PR & Editorial Manager in our IMEA marketing team - we are looking for this role to be based in either our Dubai or Riyadh officeThe OpportunityBuilding on Oliver Wyman's reputation as generous experts who publish insightful and inspiring content, we're aiming to ramp up our publishing efforts and significantly increase our reach and impact, with the help of a PR & Editorial [Register to View] PR & Editorial Manager you will have the opportunity to shape and implement the communications strategy for the company, as well as being responsible for all day-to-day PR outreach and management. The ideal candidate will helm the expansion of our content marketing strategy and oversee the creation of all content with the goal of generating inbound leads as we strive to support our business' growth targets and expand our influence in the consulting space.You'll work closely with Oliver Wyman's IMEA Marketing Head to set and execute the company's content marketing and earned media strategy, with supervision from the global head of External Affairs and OWF global head of Editorial & Thought Leadership Publishing. You'll also regularly engage with a world-class team of creatives to develop compelling content which resonates with our clients and inspires them to act. You will input into the overarching content strategy for our firm, working closely with our ABM & Campaigns specialist and Digital & Social Media lead to get our stories to our most important audiences.You will also support the business by acting as a consultant and advisor to help them amplify ideas across all relevant channels.The successful candidate will:Establish and manage OW IMEA's editorial & PR strategy in collaboration with IMEA Head of Marketing, including optimal topics, format, and cadence of published content to support growth goals.Use their agency-side experience and media contacts to research, identify, and build relationships with relevant third-party influencers, partners, and publications to extend the reach and amplify the impact of OW content, and manage process of pitching and placing OW content in earned channels.Develop strategies that get our ideas and stories to audiences we want to influenceWho we are looking for - A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably handling professional services accounts within the Middle East media landscape - additional exposure of South Africa and India is highly advantageousProven experience in writing, editing, content production and editorial managementDemonstrable experience in the development and successful execution of content marketing strategiesYou'll be based in either KSA or UAE and be willing to travel when requiredAdditionally, you - Can act as a trusted, strategic adviser to OW's Subject Matter Experts experience in collaborating with and managing expectations of senior business leaders a plusAre a creative thinker who can work with OW's partners and subject-matter experts to shape original, provocative, and compelling content based on client insights and pain pointsAre a self-motivated, flexible problem solver who can manage multiple projects and deadlines but also adapt quickly to find alternative ways to get work doneAre an accomplished persuader and can influence outcomesShow proactivity and can work autonomously and within teams, and work under tight timelinesHave fluent written and spoken English, with additional Arabic language skills also as a strong preferenceCome and join us at Oliver Wyman!After a record growth year in 2021 and an extremely positive start to 2022, we have a lot of opportunity and we're serious about making OW a rewarding, progressive, enjoyable and balanced place to work:Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting.
