Job Description - Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores- Assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store supervisors, and ensuring they are attained- Responsible to achieving overall cost / budgetary targets at stores under control.- Implement effective internal controls at stores restaurants to achieve cost targets, including proper inventory and purchasing strategies / policies / systems- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.- Drive cost savings and remove inefficienciesEffective engagement and management of staff- Continuously audit company policies and procedures to identify any shortcomings or to ensure better outcomes- Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and annual budgeting / business plan- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve itAssist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition- Strong inclination for high hygiene and cleaning standards Qualifications: A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required. No minimum educational attainment is required for this position. Female applicants are preferred for this role.
