• To act as an ambassador for Lifestyle, effectively managing the day-to-day operation of the area and its store retail team. • Responsible for the overall success driving sales, reinforcing operations, and staff development, as well as overall service and brand integrity for the area. • To manage the day to day operational requirements of the area including retail deployment, visual merchandising proposition, facilities management & execution of Lifestyle operating manual. • Continually monitor area processes and procedures to ensure best practice standards are in place • Manage, supervise and coach area retail team in recruiting, hiring and training of area retail resources • To ensure the highest level of customer service is given and measured against set objectives • Maintain daily financial recaps and communicate and educate retail management • Management & maintenance of key internal & external relationships to drive the success of the area • Drive membership of Shukran & manage data entries within the area. • Maximise productivity targets • Identify internal and external commercial oppurtunities • Provide regular trading feedback on internal and external trading events and activities • Instigate operational improvements based in benchmarking and best practices. • Manage roll out of new and timebound projects. • Understand area dynamics (demographics, consumer behaviour & market) • Prepare retail operating plan (new stores, seasonal & events) ensure effective implementation • Ensure all store are compliant to company policy on security, risk , cash control, employment, health and safety & brand standards. • Build a close working relationship with the area management teams from the four concepts incorporated with Lifestyle. • A service role model within the area and deliver world class service standards • Drive retail excellence and brand consistency by conducting regular store visits and monitering performance. • Instigate monitoring and sharing of stock loss prevention best practices with area retail team • Deliver and execute store of excellence proposition within the area.
