• Support the GLCSPs to develop, drive and implement account strategies and initiatives; coordinate account planning across service lines and for the different regions • Monitor and support the deployment of the multiple initiatives within the account program • Track and report industry opportunities; facilitate the pipeline calls • Support key "must win" client pursuits including proposal development, procurement relationship and contracting • Monitor account performance - provide regular reports on key accounts financial and other performance indicators • Manage account meetings; prepare internal team communications • Facilitate Onboarding/Offboarding of team members • Conduct account market and client analysis when required • Coordinate execution of client activities; source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, events and knowledge management • Facilitate client service assessment/feedback programme • Provide input to the marketing strategy development process by articulating the account focus; identify, support and monitor thought leadership publications, and conferences/sponsorships • Ease access to global funding/investment
