• Working with CD to explore which customers are quick wins, which customers are potential and what needs to be done to add others • Share Detailed Coverage plan by Channel and make sure it is translated by salesrep and track progress Monthly • Set Up a plan that will enable Sales reps to drive recruitment of new customers • Align with CCD & SM on monthly promotional plan by channel and make sure the platform is updated with the monthly promotional activities • Work with CCD to have an incentive plan for customers - on channel level/country level • Work with CD to have an incentive plan for salesman - on channel level/country level • Track the Implementation of the activity calendar (campaigns, specific B2B promotions, salesman activation, digital loyalty program) and share monthly learning on the performance of the activities • Daily Monitor of the achievement vs time-lapse and identify daily corrective actions needed and feedback to Ecom IT or logistics on support needed • Responsible for the Daily reporting and upload of data • Sharing Monthly achievement update & Monthly updated targets with the sales supervisors • Track Monthly Execution KPIs including: number of registered stores, number of new registered stores, number of active stores, invoice value etc..
