You will support the Decorative Sales Manager in developing action plans and forecast / budgets for the trade segment. He is accountable for the growth and profitability of the trade business in Jeddah. Needs to partner with Channel Manager in developing and executing trade strategy. You are accountable for shop openings and meeting budgeted targets that are achieved in coordination with the support and marketing teams. Grows business by constantly working on product mix and portfolio and promotional activity. Responsible for monitoring and analysing sales profitability with the support of sales and ComEx tools . Actively involved in market intelligence collection and building market understanding (pricing, product assortments, promotions etc.) Coordinate with communication and branding teams to implement local trade schemes and events. (Dealer meets, loyalty program, training’s) Act as an active supporter of Hempel Digital activities for trade business. Log in all activities and opportunitites on CRM
