• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients. • To Assure Adding ABB in targeted end users Governmental and semi governmental vendor list. • Working on increasing loyalty level of targeted clients end users to ABB brand through continuous support, workshops, trainings, and all possible and available tools. • To work closely with sales team to assure qualifying ABB channel partners in targeted projects. • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way. • Responsible to support channel partners in cooperation with product marketing managers to increase local contents to be aligned with 2030 vision. • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. • Generating list of ongoing projects / future projects from end users and communicate it internally with sales and marketing team to start working in early stage. Your background • Ideally you'll hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving and team player, with at least 5 years experience in same field. • Fluent in Arabic and English is required.
