The Program Manager role will help design and manage the life cycle of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). We seek a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive innovative solutions to the way in which we deliver products to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a rapidly growing area within Amazon.An ideal candidate should have an extensive background in program and performance management, accounts and stakeholders management, and operations and cross-functional leadership (matrix organization) for large scale strategic initiatives. You will build opportunities and manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, you will work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are setup for success. You will partner with DSP owners as they launch and scale their business in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:• Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, to structure ambiguous situations and to use data analysis to the extent possible to find and drive solutions• Delivering Results: Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end complex technology and operations projects under tight timelines, working through the multiple constraints along the way• Influencing without authority: Innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders across functions to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion• Strong Communication: Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams at all levels, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary• Building and Developing a strong team: Significant experience leading teams, developing your directs to consistently deliver valuable projects and performance on core metricsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Fluency in Arabic• Advanced English level is a must (verbal & written communication)• Confident and skilled in using other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent• Natural coach with proven relationship building experience• 5+ years of relevant work experience in account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• 9+ years of relevant work experience in account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.• MBA or other advanced graduate degree.• Last Mile, Operations, and/or small parcel packaging experience.• Experience working with or owning a small business.• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues.• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing and developing relationships.
