They work with international companies on special projects and have a large multicultural workforceWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Senior HR Manager role manages the payroll function along with maintaining employee information, ensures complete automation of all self-service modules, and is responsible for meeting internal customer service levels in a professional and cost-effective manner. The role is responsible for developing relations with governmental agencies at multiple levels. The role also oversees the activities of the regional HR teams and ensures alignment with HRGS procedures and with Center of Excellence requirements.Reporting to:Head of HR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Services •Direct the processing of employee documentation, ID cards and handling of visa matters and other Government related regulatory issues such as work permits, labor cards and driving licenses•Manage and monitor the administration of employees’ benefits and other entitlements such as advance salaries, loans, contract renewals, attendance records, terminal benefits, leave applications, overtime, expense reports, etc….)•Monitor, administer, and issue commendations and disciplinary letters in liaison with the Department Manager•Monitor the preparation and validation of payroll data with the Finance function to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and allowances, incorporating overtime payments, loans, deductions for absence, etc…•Effectively manage/ administer the employee on-boarding program for all new employees•Handle maintenance, updating, security and privacy of employee data•Regional HR Teams•Manage the functioning of the regional HR teams and report the performance to Head - CoE•Provide best-in-class HR services to employees (in coordination with other CoEs) based in other regions through the Regional HR Team•Provide support to the Regional HR teams in implementing the HR solutions/ servicesGovernment Relations•Maintain high level relationships with senior officials at relevant government offices, organizations, and foreign embassies to facilitate and escalate issues related to the welfare of the Company and its employees •Ensure on-going compliance with all KSA government regulations relevant to transactions performed by the HRGS department•Supervise all routine processing of Labour and Immigration documents (e.g. work permits, medical examination, visas, customs clearance, driving license,) in the Eastern and Western regions to complete all the necessary legal formalities•Act as the main point of contact for Saudization and ensure all Saudi Nationals employees are registered with GOSI, and separated employees are deletedOutsourcing Operations•Oversee the management of outsourcing vendors including negotiation, administration, and compliance•Oversee the delivery of employee support to sourced manpower, which involves developing and implementing the relevant HR guidelines and processes (recruitment, recognition, grievance, development, etc…)•Metrics
