Job Advertisement: Business Development Manager - KSA National Make a difference every day The Job Opportunity The Key purpose of this role is to support, shape, pursue and convert profitable long term business opportunities in the KSA market across various client sectors, supported as required by regional and global sector subject matter experts, making sure we enhance Serco’s relationships with all stakeholders across all of his/her customer base and ultimately achieve and surpass assigned New Business revenue and profit targets. In collaboration with the existing Contract Managers, this role will support, shape and deliver Serco’s business strategy and value proposition for the retention/growth of our existing and new contracts Key accountabilities Develop, shape, pursue and deliver profitable business opportunities across in KSA across asset management, data management, complex case management, skills & employment, asset and workforce management and government outsourcing; Account and relationship management with key clients and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia; Accountable for achieving and assigned New Business revenue and profit targets; Work with growth and functions to create innovative ideas and strategies to differentiate Serco to convert business, using client knowledge and understanding – e.g. local partnerships, strategic supplier relationships, JVs, new commercial models etc. Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities to achieve both the short, and long-term company’s aspirational growth; Work closely with the bid engine to ensure a timely and quality submissions of all concerned bids What we are looking for in our candidates: Must have prior experience of operating and living in KSA. Must an Arabic Speaker Ability to see problems as opportunities and to manage well under pressure. Capacity to contribute to strategic business management issues. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership. A natural consultancy style that constructively challenges the business and builds relationships. Specific requirements Bachelor`s degree or another relevant discipline in a broad business discipline; eg. MBA Solid experience in Business growth success and the bidding/tendering process in service contracts enabled by technologies Previous experience of farming, shaping and bidding new opportunities in KSA Demonstrated experience in managing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders in the region Experience of working in a multi-national Saudi National required
