Lead, support and assist the team of social media executives and content creatorsCoordinate with different business leaders to ensure proper content is communicated across their related business platforms and aligned with the marketing and business planBrief the related Content Executive and Social Media Executive based on the feedback and brief with the related business leader· Coordinate with the Lead Creative Manager to ensure all needed content gets its visuals properly created and adapted to the relevant social media/digital platform (upon content sign off and approval by E-marketing Director) · Ensure that all content is created and delivered for review in a timely manner and as scheduled Ensure setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesMonitor and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fansCoordinate with the Digital Ads Manager to align campaigns and ensure proper exposure for our businesses and important announcements, projects, …Liaise with the Web/App executive to ensure all e-com related products, services and announcements are properly communicated and highlighted to our target audience· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness · Responsible for the monthly newsletter of each business (issued and communicated regularly, both internal and external versions) · Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions (when and where applicable and upon further approval from the E-marketing Director) · Work alongside the Content Executive and Lead creative Manager to come up with inspiring, innovative ideas, in line with current trends, ensuring that the “brand” perception of Aljoaib businesses are developed and consistently applied across the range of digital channels. · Present social media strategies to the E-marketing Director · Analyze digital campaigns success in coordination with the Digital Ads Manager · Monitor social media accounts during the weekends and hide any spam or abusive content or reply to any negative comment (once a day over the weekends) · Ability to cover the absence of any of the Content Executives and assist in creating content (vacation, sick leave, …) · Reports directly to the E-marketing Director. Previous experience using Social Media tools (HootSuite, Social Bakers, Survey Monkey, MailChimp, …) (preferable) · Fast learner · Strong analytical skills · Organized, accurate with strong attention to details while being multi-tasking · Strong knowledge of digital advertising and understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimization · People, project and time management skills · Ability to work fast and smart under pressure, manage and meet deadlines and priorities · Ability to lead and work as part of a team as well as independently to problem-solve using own initiative · Ability to work based on a brief and able to support all team members and back another’s vision
