Initiate and develop Marketing policies and procedures to standardize marketing activities and processes by understanding internal and external deliverables. Initiate, develop and execute brands’ strategies to have a sustainable and healthy brands’ life cycle aligned with company’s vision and strategic directions. Initiate and develop the annual marketing budget to develop the existing/new brands in order to execute the planned brand’s strategies. Develop and execute tactical plans in order to achieve planned growth, market share and brand equity by understanding customers’ needs, economic changes and competition.
