' Lead, manage and coach positive and collaborative team performance to achieve all Country Goals, linked to the Corporate Strategy. ' Develop, implement, and manage all financial budgets, for the country, to achieve agreed targets. ' Develop, maintain, and grow; insightful and customer focused relationships with all distributors and customers, representing the company and all our brands positively and professionally. ' Prepare and implement sales and trade marketing plans to deliver profitable growth. ' Communicate, track, measure, monitor and report sales performance for the country, recognize individual and team success and highlight improvement areas for correction with agreed actions for the team. ' Provide timely, accurate country and regional sales forecasts to enable efficient production at the factories. ' Recruit, train and develop all staff and sub-contractors to match the organizational structure role requirements and financial budget achievement. ' Ensure all Account Receivables are collected and banked in line with trading terms. ' Comply with all Country Labor, Legislative and Health & Safety policies. ' Accountable for customer relationship development, profitable growth, financial budget management, team development, motivation & discipline, corporate policy adherence and company asset management and maintenance.
