Primary Job Responsibilities will be: • Follow up your sales processes (from lead to contract) in all autonomy from A to Z. • Work closely with our consultants and propose a solution that shows you understand the reality and challenges of your customer. • As an account manager you will be part of the team and support our consultants and customers in all phases of the project. • Identify cross-sell opportunities for the different IT solutions to our existing customers. • Focus on a broad spectrum of IT solutions (SAP, Data & Analytics, Ariba, Success Factors & ECM solutions for improving customer engagement). Sales • Qualify Leads and create appropriate funnel for Services in existing & new accounts in the region. • Participate in Sales discussions/presentations for Services Selling. Provide first-level solution creation in Services-related meetings with customers and prospects. • Provide appropriate and customized value propositions. Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle. You will create a network within SAP & OpenText and be able to convince them regarding setting up Go to Markets, organize these and be "in full control" in this.
