Tenant Attraction Lead – Water Innovation

They are currently looking for a Tenant Attraction Lead - Water Innovation to be based in Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management of specific tasks aiming at developing and implementing processes and tools supporting investment attractionSupport the development of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction function's strategy, annual plans, and estimated budget in alignment with client's overall strategy, business- and development plan for the Water Innovation manufacturing clusterSupport in preparing regular reports of the function's activities, achievements, and suggestions for performance development, focusing on the Water Innovation manufacturing clusterHelp identify, recruit and develop resources to drive the mandate of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction functionSupport the establishment and development of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction program with a focus on the Water Innovation manufacturing clusterIdentify target tenants and develop customized value propositions and conduct pitchesConduct deep dive on the specifics of the industry to understand industry dynamics, drivers of localization, market opportunities in GCCCollaborate with leaders of Investor Attraction of other sectors / industries Attend international conferences and build relationships across international networks and business communities to identify, engage with and attract potential tenantsEnsure complete partner focus and quality of interactions, representing client in the best waySupport initial discussions through to the next step of structured negotiationsContinuously improve the value proposition and pitch abilities to align with the needs of tenantsMap out the business opportunities and competitive advantage for tenants in the Water equipment manufacturing industrySupport in negotiations, as necessary, with a view to anchoring LoI's, MoU's or draft contractual agreementsQualification & Requirements:Bachelor's degree/ preferably a master's from an accredited university in Business or Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related disciplinesMaster's in Business Administration is an added advantageProven experience in business development and sales management within the Water industryPassionate about Water equipment manufacturing and with a solid understanding of the associated value chains and industry playersStrong negotiation capabilities and experience from managing external relationships and complex deals/projectsStrong team playerGood interpersonal skills and Senior Management Experience from Industry to enable engagement with Senior Executives with a view to developing business opportunities through to MoU's and legally binding agreements in conjunction with the Executive ManagementGood business acumen, financial & economic analysis/development, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning. Preferred experience from strategic or business consulting Strong presentation skills, presentation preparation and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
