Provide advice and expertise on CUSTOMER’s applications quality assurance and enhance CUSTOMER’s IT policies and procedures. Develop and ensure CUSTOMER’s quality processes and procedures serve its mission, strategic plan and operational needs. Providing as well Conducting compliance audits of complex documentation. Limited supervision and mentoring staff in our quality assurance department. Developing, maintaining and reporting department metrics and engagement in decision making. Reviewing and assessing change control, validation and qualification documents. Developing, implementing and running quality assurance testing tools and methods to provide technical support to Quality Assurance. Engaging on tests planning, tests execution, tests coordination as per the maintenance and project streams that CUSTOMER has.
