Oracle Customer Care & Billing Architect
Job Description :6-8 years of hands-on technical design experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). Good knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Domain experience in water utilities industry. Strong background in interfacing with customers - excellent communication skills, experience of working in multi-vendor environment. Should possess core meter to cash Oracle CC&B functional and technical expertise including but not limited to Billing, Rates Configuration, Payments, Credit & Collection. Should be able to understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out of the box solution. Should be able to analyze and propose design change when issue arises with existing processes/configuration. Should be able to perform investigation on issues raised by the client to provide explanation and possible workaround on issues. Oracle certified Utilities Customer Care and Billing Implementation specialist is a plus.
