Our client is a leading international telecoms company who are looking for a Manager to be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all services throughout the Customer Services Business Units and Call Centres. This role is paramount to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained or increased in line with the companies strategy. You will monitor and develop all Buiness Unit SLA's for delivery of services internally and externally and ensure quality standards are adhered to by working closely with Call Centre Heads. You will also ensure there is a training programme in place for all 3rd party distributors in order that products and services are fully understood and ensure that all internal training programmes are up-to-date. Qualifications This role would suit candidates who have previously acted in the capacity of Customer Care Head or Customer Care Director and have worked previously in a telecoms environment. It is essential that you are fluent in Arabic both written and spoken. ISO knowledge or accreditation is required.
