Customer Service Engineer (2cb499b5ffe2)
• Carry out introductory and cold calls for the service department for the new installation, AMC calls and break down calls etc • Maintain a regular customer call cycle with existing clients, establishing positive relationships so that new revenues can be generated as per the target. • Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers (prospects) ensuring a maximum penetration • Liaise with service/sales department for any opportunity to make additional revenue in terms of technical service is required by the client. • Update and maintain the call details in and monthly reports • Develop and implement a personal service plan and call cycle that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business and maximizes growth of existing customers to achieve the individual (volume and profitability) targets.
