Principal Accountabilities: Prepares a daily delivery schedule/plan and coordinate efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of delivery vehicle, operation capacity knowledge driver schedule, and peak delivery times. Print invoices once needed Work closely with 3PL provider (MLS) to ensure delivery is happening as per SSFL standards throughout the year. Monitoring driver daily loads and capture errors. Issue the “load request” by truck Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost effective as a company Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning Help locations become familiar with the routing process. Assist the pilots and tests when necessary Monitoring of both drivers in relation to their remaining hours of service and equipment as to its availability with business needs and plans.
