Job DescriptionOverall responsibility for payroll processing and administration - The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization ofreports for better decision making- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance- Payroll preparation (Manual & in HRMS) and gathering all the information and docs. required for thesame.- Applying and uploading files of staffs ATM cards who don’t have personal bank account- Checking over time of workers before submitting to the concerned dept.RequirementsPeople oriented and results driven MUST have working experience in MS Dynamics 365- Knowledge of HR systems and databases- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company- English and ArabicRequirementsPeople oriented and results driven MUST have working experience in MS Dynamics 365 - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - English and Arabic
