• Supervises a group of buyer or buyers to ensure that each individual is delivering the expected out and commitments. • Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting • Working closely with Workshop, Drill and Blast and other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan and bidding process. • Verifying the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of payment • Monitoring and controlling administrative procedures related to goods and services purchased according to company procedures. • Reviewing all purchase orders, invoices, etc. to ensure correctness and completeness before handing to responsible functions. • Preparing cost saving and purchasing reports for the management team • Coordinating and leading new project initiatives and feasibility studies including cross-functional projects for cost savings and productivity improvements. Monitoring and reviewing progress regularly. • Ensuring all processes of supplies comply with the company’s code of conduct, the purchasing policy, Global Policy, and other related policies and procedures.
