Procurement Agreement Administrator (3bafc6c523a8)
Work jointly with the B2B and Community Category Manager to rationalize all organization s departments needs to initiate a sourcing plan for frequently ordered items and services. Perform spend and volume analysis to determine the need for new procurement agreements. Develop procurement agreements using the standard templates with approved suppliers. Ensure that all procurement agreements are centrally stored in the relevant software and that they are accessible by designated users. Monitor procurement agreements to ensure suppliers compliance with the agreements terms and conditions. Refer to market outlook information and reports to monitor changes in prices of items or services included in procurement agreements and act accordingly. Conduct random checks on purchases to minimize Maverick buying for items or services covered by procurement agreements. Ensure items or services included in procurement agreements are reflected in the relevant software with relevant information such as agreed prices and supplier s information. Ensure all purchases done through procurement agreements are compliant with the agreed prices. Participate in preparing tender documents to initiate new procurement agreements. Participate in technical and commercial evaluation of proposals to establish new B2B agreements.
