Primary Accountabilities: • Receive and track all invoices for the Admin department. • Manage and Track all purchase approvals by the Admin department. • Produce monthly budget accounts for the Admin department. • Assist Maintain and update the Admin department procedures. • Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives. • Prepares meeting agendas, records and distributes meeting minutes, and maintains organized files of same. • Maintain, Update and Distribute Admin personnel movement sheet.
