an ambassador for AnantaraTraining and DevelopmentParticipate in weekly and monthly life guard training as set out by Senior Lifeguard, Supervisors or Manager.Keep a log book of all trainingsParticipate in recertification’s every 2 yearsParticipate in ad hoc on-the-job individual and team trainings as needed, which is aimed to ensure that all team members have the adequate job and product knowledgeReport to Senior Lifeguard to rectify any lack in knowledge immediatelyHave sound knowledge of the hotel’s fire safety procedureSuccessfully complete the training and certification process·CommunicationAbility to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel dataEnsure that all communication with members, guests and colleagues is complete, accurate, engaging and positiveAttend designated meetings, daily line-ups and communicate all challenges and successes with the rest of the teamCo-ordinate Lateral service throughout the Recreation.Promptly, accurately and consistently report all guest incidents and how they were solvedPerform all tasks as detailed in daily task list and check listFull understanding of the Recreation’s Activities and eventsFollow maintenance program and cleaning scheduleParticipate in work related project teamsQualificationsWith Lifeguard Certification and with 2 to 5 years of experience in the same fieldWith good English communication skillsWith pleasing personalityAbility to handle pressure at work Ability to multi-task
