Job description1- Duties & Responsibilities• Developing, contributing to, long-term marketing plans, and strategies.• Building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholderssuch as suppliers, customers, colleagues etc.• Implementing marketing research, brand awareness, customersurveys, and analyze demands of the customers.• Managing marketing materials production, include leaflets, flyers and posters. This involves proofreading and writing, liaising with printers and designers.• Securing sponsorship and assisting in publicity and marketing plans and strategies.• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press,radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social mediaplatforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more• Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for productsand services.• Analyzing product and market pricings.• Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility atconferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compilingproduct and literature lists to display or demonstrate• Maintaining and updating mail database and measuring marketingcampaigns.• 3- Job Requirements 1- Diploma or Degree:Degree in Marketing, Web Design/Development or related2- Experience:Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in similar role. 4- Skills & Qualifications• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and able to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends.• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)• Should be aware of financial, and markets implications.• Good knowledge of marketing strategies and principles.• Effective copywriting skills. Capable enough to redraft technical text for a broader and all kinds of audience.• Ability in implementing strategies and user or adapt tactfulness• Capability to think out of box and should be very creative.• Ability to formulate strategies and plan.• Capable to adjust and work with various teams.• Ability in managing the budget for the campaign.• Capable to work under high pressure and reach deadlines.• Confident to “sell” ideas and effective in decision-making• Active team player and should communicate well to the entire team by interacting enthusiastically and motivated manner.• Must have strong customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.• Driving License and Car are a must.
